Kaiyi Electromechanical inherited the complete technical accumulation of Lianke Advertising Company, and is particularly proficient in the design, manufacturing, actual operation and application of advertising machinery, which can avoid more than 90% of common faults. The newly established Kaiyi Electromechanical Co., Ltd. in 2023 is located in the eastern suburbs of Hefei City, Anhui Province, covering an area of ​​more than 3,000 square meters and employing 120 people (consisting of ten departments: CNC Department, CNC Department, Grinding Department, Wire Cutting Department, Discharge Department, Polishing Department, Quality Inspection Department, Engineering Department, Business Department, R&D Department). The company is committed to the design and production of high-quality, ultra-precision equipment, which is mainly used in the advertising industry, such as inkjet printers, photo printers, laser engraving machines, drill engraving machines, cylindrical engraving machines, engraving machines, UV flatbed printers, fully (semi) automatic laminating machines, etc., covering more than 80% of the advertising industry's business. Since 2022, the company has begun to develop 3D printers for enlightenment and teaching use, which will be used in mold production in the future, greatly reducing the production cost and time cost of molds, and increasing the speed of new products to market. In 2023, the company began to develop the solar photovoltaic power generation industry, which will be widely used in lighting, decoration, decoration, energy storage, and power grid transmission. The current main products include light-sensing automatic control of garden lighting, photovoltaic power generation and grid-connected transmission and other product projects. In addition, our company also uses its existing CNC machine tools and other equipment to customize the processing, manufacturing and development of parts for us, and process shafts, valve cores, valve sleeves, and other mechanical equipment parts.
